Mitchell and Mrs. Katie always take care of me at Rountree Moore Toyota. When I have my oil changed, Mitchell makes sure I have a ride to work, redeems my coupons and honors my time. He is hardworking and makes it his goal to please his customers. Mrs. Katie tends to me when it comes time to pay. She makes our exchange seem more like a neighborly visit than a check out at a business. I appreciate the service I receive at Rountree Moore Toyota - it is the quality of that service that keeps me coming back.

Pat Riley and Naonne Nathan worked so diligently with me while trying to find me the perfect car for my budget. My car had just given out on me so I needed something soon that would be reliable and budget-friendly. They were amazingly helpful and made the car buying process a little less stressful. Pat was so generous giving my friend and I some cookies she baked and something to drink while we were waiting at the dealership. Overall, they went above and beyond to help me really find a vehicle that would help me out of my situation and I can’t thank them enough!

I made an appointment in the morning for early that afternoon, arrived at the appointed time, talked to a pleasant service person, service completed in a timely manner, all good.
The staff was right there to help and kept me updated on the status of the work. The time was accurate for my wait time.
Ivan greeted me at the intake Bay for service. He was courteous and knowledgeable and truly interested as I explained what I was there for. He escorted me to the waiting area and told me how long it would take before he knew something about my vehicle. While I was in the waiting area other employees offered help to link in with the wi-fi at the dealership. Ivan came to let me know what was going on with my vehicle within the time frame he had suggested initially and offered me options for repair of my truck. The entire experience was pleasant and non-stressful. I will come back to the Lake City Toyota dealership again for any needs I may have in the future and I will recommend this dealership and the service to anyone who asks.
The young lady that worked with us was new but she was on point. If she didnt know she asked instead of telling us an untruth. She was very friendly and pleasant not pushy. I would look for her again to do business.
