Me.Scobie was the greatest! Ive never felt so comfortable around a salesman, not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed even when trying to pick between two cars. Rather then bombarding me with reasons to go with the more costly one, we pro conned the two cars!

The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. We knew what model we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. The sales rep showed us what matched and we picked one. No games or wasted time. We were done in about two hours. Even the financing part was smooth. They offered the usual add-ons, but there really wasn't any pressure to buy. I would not hesitate to go back.
I am like a kid in a candy store with how excited and thrilled I am with my buying experience!!! Love, love, love my new 2017 4 runner???? Heather Green took great care of me and worked her butt off getting things put together for me! We did most of our initial workings on line and texting/ phone conversations. I was shown several options and choices to see which would work best for me. When I was able to get down to Lake City on Saturday, I already felt like I knew Heather. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. Anton Avila, who worked with me on prices and options, came out to greet me when I arrived. He has a great personality and I never felt like I was being forced into anything. He was honest with me about my trade in, and even worked my deal without having to trade in another vehicle!! The atmosphere of Rountree-Moore Toyota is like none I have ever experienced. WONDERFUL!!!! Laid back but professional. I didn't feel as if I should be on guard when I entered their front door. Heather was very knowledgeable about the Toyota product and answered any questions I had. We took a test drive and talked about the vehicle, our families, horses, and dogs. Turns out we were both animal lovers ! Terrence Shelton, financial manager, made the paperwork process PAINLESS!!! He was a joy to talk with as paperwork was being completed. I would rate the dealership and it's employees with 100 stars if I could!!! I have never bought a vehicle out of state( I'm from Georgia), but I will be back and be referring everyone I talk with.
Saw the car we purchased online and negiationated the whole deal through email, our sales rep Heather even sent us a video tour of the car which I had never seen before and it really helped make our decision! All and all great experience...quick and easy and out the door.
We reached out to Michael through the internet to ask about a few cars on the lot. He was fantastic- contacted us immediately AND made a personal video on his phone to show us the car that we were thinking about. This dealership is about an hour away from our home but was absolutely worth the drive. He even drove to Gainesville to pick something up from us after the sale so that we didn't need to go back to the dealership. I would highly recommend Michael and this dealership.
After months of searching for a truck, it was time for a new Tundra. Searching new inventory revealed that Rountree Moore had the best list price and therefore lead me there. Upon arrival I was hoping for friendly staff, which is what I got! Michael Dominguez began the process online, who was followed by Heather Green, Anton Avila, and Terry Shelton to wrap it up.
