I went there to look at Tacoma and as soon as I got there
I went there to look at Tacoma and as soon as I got there the salesman ran my credit and tried to put me in a later Toyota Corolla. Mind you I had the ‘21 Corolla and was trading it in. I never got to see the Tacoma and test drive it. I did find a Camry I fell in love with and wanted. But they said the banks were denying me, they kept telling me I needed to put money down and from the start I told them I was not putting anything down. I ended up getting a ‘22 Corolla instead. Nobody really talked me through anything. The salesman kept disappearing and I was there for hours with my 2 yr old. It was ridiculous. If I would’ve been able to get the car I fell in love with then I would’ve left a good review but… oh well🤷🏻♀️

I was very disappointed when I noticed big dents on my
I was very disappointed when I noticed big dents on my Tacoma roof the day after buying it. I was assured that the vehicle was certified when we were doing the deal. That means they should knew everything about my pick-up truck. When we, the salesperson and I, were looking around the pick-up truck, I asked him if there was anything I must be aware of about the vehicle. He also did not know about those dents. I'm not tall and looking around, the pick-up truck looked brand new and had very low mileage. I asked him if I should be aware of anything related to my pick-up truck. He said no. That was the reason that I bought it. Of course, I went there to talk about that, and he said they would fix it. The roof was fixed, but the repair was not as perfect as it was supposed to be (I can see a little hump on that part). I also noticed that the PCS (pre-collision system) was not working correctly, and they said it was fixed. However, I'm not sure if that is working correctly.

I was very happy with Richard who is our sales representative. He contacted me immediately when he saw the vehicle I was looking for being delivered. At that time I had no idea I wanted to purchase my new sienna 2022. The whole experience from Richard having us take our first test drive through Graham doing our financing and all of the crazy paperwork it was wonderful. Everyone there treated us like we were the only customer there. If in the future we should need to buy another vehicle that’s where we will go.

During the purchase the whole Roundtree family was super nice and friendly. After I made it home John called to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. John also connected my phone via Bluetooth so that I wouldn’t have to. I love my car and Roundtree Moore Toyota has made me a happy customer.

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Rountree Moore Toyota in Lake City, the customer service is always above and beyond! On the last one I bought a 2021 Tacoma and they spent hours contacting banks to get me the payment that I was looking for, their service shop staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the dealer to go to !

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Paid $3000 for a platinum extended warranty. When my hybrid battery would not start due to cold weather ; which Was not told to me nor in the contract about starting a hybrid battery. After a long battle they agreed to pay for half The three years was up but I had 25,000 more miles to the warranty expired. I was lied to and mis-lead from the very beginning! Ironically everyone I dealt with was fired the next day. Never do business with Rountree In Lake city Florida!

Great service. Delivered the vehicle, which was 4 1/2 hours away. That made a huge difference. Only recommendation is to work better on communication. The communication part was painfully slow and I felt as if I was just being strung along.
