Imagine breaking down on the side of the road 8 hours away from your destination with 2 children in a small town, on a Saturday Afternoon. Our vehicle was towed to the Toyota dealership minutes before service closed for the weekend (Local rental car companies were also closed.) Mike, in the service department was able to get us a quick answer on the gravity of the situation...blown motor. He put us in touch with the general manager, Louie, who displayed incredible empathy for our situation and then asked Heather to further help us. I feel like we got a fair deal. Got all of our numbers the day before and came back. I let them know early in the morning that we will be there with a check by noon. Upon my arrival the vehicle was still dirty. I had to wait for cleaning and to sign all paperwork. Took approximately 2 hours total. I also thought I was supposed to get a trial of Sirius XM and have not. Overall it was a good experience. Michael was a great guy.

Dealership called offering a discount for booking service while on the phone. I scheduled an oil change and received a voicemail confirming my appointment on the day before the appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was not on the schedule and no discount was offered. I questioned this and was told by the service manager that the Sales Dept often does this to get customers to come in.
The Salesman John, was so nice. He is a no pressure salesman. The Finance Manager was also very helpful in getting the deal I wanted.

I have been working with Heather green ever since June of 2018 while going through my divorce I periodically stop by Toyota of Lake City to check in Not only would she creeped me but she was very helpful and considerate I thought I was going to buy the car and September but unfortunately I had delay that for month and yet again Toyota was willing to work with me on that you said when I was ready to come in and buy it well I bought the car in October and just got it a few days ago they didn't have my car in stock so I had to come up from Fort Lauderdale They delayed it by one day cuz there was a mess up with the drivers but they compensated in me for by delivering the car to the house I can't be more assertive when I say I haven't had a positive experience at Rountree Moore Toyota in Lake City Florida and Heather has been extremely helpful before during and after the sale

First off ... I buy a new car every 6-8 months. I travel a lot and put miles on quick! So I have learned to really hate some dealerships and really like a few. I stopped at this dealership just because I was in lake city. They surprised me in that they gave me a great deal on my trade in, great deal on the price on the car, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (cash deal). I will be stopping by there again in 6-8 months for sure. Best experience I have had in some time

Moore Toyota made shopping for a new car "Stress Free". They did not stress me out by going back and forth trying to negotiate an affordable price. They gave their word and stuck to it. They took time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. Yes, all the paper work was handled for me and made my shopping experience pleasurable. Heather Green took great care of me and worked her butt off getting things put together for me! We did most of our initial workings on line and texting/ phone conversations. I was shown several options and choices to see which would work best for me. When I was able to get down to Lake City on Saturday, I already felt like I knew Heather. He has a great personality and I never felt like I was being forced into anything. He was honest with me about my trade in, and even worked my deal without having to trade in another vehicle!! First I normally don't do these surveys. But John went seriously out of his way to get this sale. I also don't recommend a car dealer to any person. Because an Experience is not absolute...... but a military friend, I'll tell him to "TRY JOHN SCOBIE OUT AT ROUND TREE". Service dept. did a better job when I returned to have recall work done. The work was good and timely.The wheel balance problem was addressed and repaired. My experience with Justin the financial advisor I felt he misrepresented the extended warranty very badly for 10 years you pay for but you're only getting 7 years and the three years of Toyota gives you for free you're actually paying for.... I questioned this because I sell extended warranties as well and ours start after the manufacturer warranty ends

Tori Ferencz prepared all the closing paperwork and that was also a very pleasurable experience. Dealership called offering a discount for booking service while on the phone. I scheduled an oil change and received a voicemail confirming my appointment on the day before the appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was not on the schedule and no discount was offered. I questioned this and was told by the service manager that the Sales Dept often does this to get customers to come in.
The Salesman John, was so nice. He is a no pressure salesman. The Finance Manager was also very helpful in getting the deal I wanted.
