Heather was awesome. She found the Highlander when My local dealer wouldn’t. Great communication and customer service both 5 star. Still awaiting paperwork from Billy Strickland a week later, Email is t that slow. I wish they were closer so I could deal with their service department.
Heather was excellent throughout the car buying process. She was quick to answer all questions about the car and even followed up with videos to show me items/features on the car that I had questions about. We were from out of town, so we could not just pop in to see the car when we had a question about some thing. So she was excellent in helping with that! Easy to work with, responsive, found our car quickly. Sales department was A plus, finance department waited until last minute to send the info over. Car was delivered to our home and we are very satisfied with the service.

Terrible customer service , was soppose to get leather seats in my vehicle when I bought the truck , 3 months to by and still nothing . Have no problem sending me a bill though

There is evidently two new managers that started the day I was in to get my car. The only one I was impressed with in the whole dealership and there wasn’t very many people there was my sales girl, Merrisa both of the two new managers would not speak to me face-to-face and I was trying to get them to make a deal with me and I still got the shaft someone with excellent credit😢😢 I should have just gotten up and left the dealership my payment is still almost $500 a month and I was totally disgusted with themNo help I got 😢
Very Nice People, they all teamed up together to make the sale happen and make my experience great. GM even had to get involved, to make something happen. It was stressful but they made it a little easier. A huge Thank you to Gavin, for all the help in the following couple weeks after as well. He help ease my mind as a financial situation had occurred on their behalf 10 days after I signed a contract. They all are sweet people and worked hard to get things resolved!!!

I purchased a used car last week. It was a pleasant car buying experience instead of the dreaded one I was expecting. The salesman, Javier, was kind, professional, and considerate of what I was looking to buy. He made me feel like I was purchasing a car from a good friend. Everyone else I dealt with last week were very respectful not only to me but also to Javier. Again, it was a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience.
They have the nicest people and a slot for people to have your kids play while you do paper work. They will do whatever the can to make sure your happy as well as give you any advice.

Going into this I was skeptical because of the COVID and lack of inventory to choose from. I found the perfect vehicle and because of Roy’s determination to get the price as close to where I wanted it, I walked out with a 2020 Rav-4. I love my new vehicle. A HUGE thank you to Rountree Moore Toyota for completely xxxxing us over for the entire car buying process. What seemed to be a great deal ended up being a huge pain in the xxx. Almost a month later and our trade in was not paid off like they said it would be and and I am not able to purchase my own vehicle until it’s removed from my credit which is another 30 days from the time that they pay it off. This could’ve been avoided had it been paid off on time. We have been given the run around from the start and have been told numerous excuses as to why the vehicle has not been paid off yet. So we are currently STILL paying TWO CAR PAYMENTS. Do NOT buy from here. This has been a tremendous headache and long, drawn out process that didn’t have to be this way. If you want it, My initial review: We reached out to this dealership on a Wednesday afternoon and the salesperson said they would contact us right after to give us more information on the sales event. The salesperson never called/texted and I used messenger to contact them again. I let them know our financial situation and what we needed and they said they would reach out to them again.... we live in hour away with a toddler so just “coming in” wasn’t something we could do without planning or with ease. They said they would contact the same Person and did not, I messaged AGAIN and they asked me if I had reached out to the salesperson .... how was I supposed to with no contact info for the individual? At this point I’d already referred someone who bought a vehicle the next day and we couldn’t even get a call back. I speak with the manager that afternoon and again explain our financial situation and what we were needing... we make an app for the next day and says we will be working with the other a manager, we say great & arrive the next day only to work with someone else and see the manager who we were supposed to work with for two mins. On the bright side, the dealership had an area for my son to play in while my husband waited for bank approvals. They also gave us WELL over what our vehicle was worth- so that was great. Here’s the bad....we have had incredible payment history on 3 vehicles and somehow only qualified for a 14.99% APR. We were offered a mortgage for our car payment but needing the vehicle, we accepted. As we pack up to leave with the truck, we realize the AC isn’t working but surprise surprise the service dept was not there. We drove home an hour with a BRAND NEW truck with NO A/C with a screaming toddler- ask me how fun that was.... So now, our local Toyota dealership was left to deal with something they did not do and we have a loaner while the part is ordered. I expected far more from a dealership that ultimately could not deliver.
Mr. Ray was very helpful and provided great service. I will prefer more customers to look into this dealership. The entire dealership was very helpful.
The experience that I had on 7/4 was totally work the drive. The employees that I worked with made sure I was satisfied. Toyota is definitely and awesome dealership to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much again!
